The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.

Cozy Studio near Airport Resort è un alloggio a Lapu Lapu City che mette a disposizione una piscina privata. By far the best airbnb I have ever booked that's even cheaper than the ones I usually do. Facilities are complete, room is very cozy and spacious, staff is very welcoming, check in is very smooth even when we checked in late. Checkout is also smooth, no staff banging on our doors to let us out. They are also very considerate with our requests. Overall I love the experience and we will definitely book again perhaps more than one night so we can sulit the stay! Thank you so much, Mactan Reihenhaeuser!

The host and attendant were attentive and responsive. They made our stay a great experience. We had private massage therapist come and Larry, who lives next door, was available for last minute trips to the market. The private beach access was amazing. The accomodations were very comfortable and the AC worked great.
