Every single thing about our stay here was exquisite. The reception/cafe/resturant building was such an amazing place to hangout. The view is so serene and I could stay there all day HAPPILY. Not to mention the paninis are 10/10, the COFFEE was incredible (I had the oat milk vanilla latte) and the shakes were unreal. I actually have no words for the accomodation. It felt like a beautiful blend of hobbit, star wars, and jungle book. The domes were so unique, clean and comfortable. I simply cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

One of the guys went with me in the morning for snorkeling (free snorkeling equipment!) and we directly saw 5-6 turtles swimming around. The people were so kind! This was a marvelous stay and I can really recommend to come here. They also organized me a transportation from and to the port with a super friendly driver. It’s a 10/10!

We rented a car for two days to get around Siquijor and kuya Joseph was helpful, friendly, and super chill. The concierge staff also helped us go to other locations via tuktuk and took us back to the port. We’re also really grateful that they accommodated us for late dinner after we got our massages from a spa which they also recommended. Thank you so much for accommodating us with our requests ♥️

Super clean, friendly lady who runs it. Liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Only one power cut (that I noticed) but was provided battery powered lighting for during the times of power cut. This power cut is not the fault of the property but something the whole island experiences daily as generators are switched over. Modern facility, everything worked as it should. The Wifi actually works unlike other stays in the Philippines.

The serene place surrounded by nature. Beautiful homey feels, Away from the loud street, the solar panel/generator let us work at any time of the day without any hindrance, VERY STRONG INTERNET! (Me and my friend work online, so this is a deal breaker) Everything that you need is in Balay kumbal. It’s such a beautiful place with amazing people! Gerry invited us on our first day to Mt. Bandilaan (feels so included right away) he gives us recommendations around where to eat and to party. On the other hand ate Meredith with her warm welcome provided my friend with ginger honey tea as she was coughing a bit. It’s like a small community filled with friends and family. I love here!!!! More reason to come back to siquijor. FYI you need to rent a Motor bike to explore siquijor, you can get it from Balay for a very reasonable price. Seriously! Everything you need is here.
