The room was super cozy and beautifully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable. I was really impressed by the staff of the hotel , they were so welcoming, so friendly , they made us feel very special , and they went above and beyond to assist us with any request that we had , but most importantly you can feel they were genuine! Thank you guys you made our stay there very special !

Its suites, terraces, pools and gardens offer stunning and panoramic views over the city centre, Tagus River and the São Jorge Castle. Amazing, the staff is just incredible, SO helpful and kind. Views are breathtaking, pool is amazing, rooms are great, breakfast is a highlight too. Me and my family loved it.

We got a connected room on the 8th floor, absolutely a delight!
