I accidentally left my wallet in the lounge near the concierge desk while checking out. On my way to the airport, a staff member called to let me know they had found it. I rushed back and retrieved it — not a single dollar was missing. I was in such a hurry I didn’t get to thank her properly, but the humility and integrity I experienced here left a lasting impression.

I cannot imagine a place in Asuncion being more peaceful and with a better atmosphere. The hotel is so beautiful and calm. We stayed for 11 nights and did not want to leave. Swimming pool opened 24/7, lots of greenery and places to rest and relax. Beautiful building, very kind personnel. Especially the waiters were so sweet, although they did not speak a word in English. When I look at what we got for what we paid, I consider it really cheap.
