Located in the middle of an archaeological site from the Roman period. Part of the nearby woods is a bird reserve. A hiking route starts from the property and leads to the hill peak. The host was super, kind, nice and warm welcome. The home cook breakfast was good. The location was excellent, we can see the castle from rooms. The apartment is on the hill with panoramic view. Great location in a quiet, peaceful setting outside of the city, but close from highway exit with pizza restaurant at a walking distance, we liked private check in with lockbox which gave us check in flexibility and no need of personal intetaction as we arrived late and vere tired. Parking was s big bonus! Apartment is clean and spacious. We had a great stay .

They were extremely hospitable, stocked the fridge (even with homemade jam!), bought bread, and made us a lunch for our recovery after New Year’s celebrations. The communication was swift and to the point. Out stay here was excellent!
