Staff is helpful - we could’t pay for a coffee because we had no cash (sorry once more), and they didn’t charge it.

The hotel is clean and smells nice. The staff is polite and kind. The gentleman with the magnificent mustache was extra helpful with our food intolerance, so thank you again!

Guests can relax in the relaxation zone featuring a tropical shower and comfortable loungers. We loved our stay here so much! We had a lovely spacious room with all amenities. Breakfast buffet was extraordinary and all staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Just 300 metres from the Jakubova lúka Ski Centre, this apartment house can be found 1 km from the centre of Starý Smokovec. It offers a self-catered accommodation with free WiFi in public areas and rooms. Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!

Excellent breakfast, tasty and fairly priced meals at the restaurant. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing wellness area with saunas and jacuzzis. Everything was just perfect – we didn’t want to leave!
