It is truly an oasis of peace in the middle of the dessert. . Every detail is carefully thought out, from the hotel design to the experiences. The service is outstanding — probably the best I’ve received as a guest in a very long time: attentive without being intrusive and always helpful, and elegant. In short, this place is magica, a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and exceptional hospitality.

La struttura è un’oasi di pace immersa nel deserto, perfetta per staccare dalla routine e godersi un’atmosfera rilassante e autentica. Le tende e gli alloggi sono comodi, puliti e curati nei dettagli, e gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti e ben organizzati. Ciò che però fa davvero la differenza è il proprietario: una persona fantastica, gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Si vede quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti — pronto ad aiutare, a consigliare escursioni, o semplicemente a scambiare due parole con grande cordialità. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere Tozeur e il deserto tunisino in un ambiente sereno, familiare e davvero speciale. Ci tornerei volentieri! 🌴✨

The sunlit dining room, with glass walls facing east and west, was especially bright, and opening the many shuttered windows and courtyard doors in the afternoons filled the villa with warm, fresh December air. The furnishings throughout are comfortable and inviting, making it a pleasant place to return to after days out. Some of my favourite comforts included: the clean, comfortable leather couches; the firm mattress with a generous choice of blankets—pillowy comforters, wool, and cotton; the granite kitchen counters and well-stocked cupboards with dishes, cookware, a kettle, and a teapot; the consistently hot water in both the shower and the kitchen sink; and the large white cotton bath towels! We also appreciated the electric heater, which took the edge off the cool mornings and evenings. We enjoyed the location, too, so walkable to the best cafes and restaurants. Most of all, our host, Zied, exceeded our expectations. He was exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and available throughout our stay—warm, personable, and deeply knowledgeable about the area. His care and attention made our time in Tozeur so enjoyable! We highly recommend booking one of his spaces.
