The apartment was spacious and big enough for 4 adults and a kid. - The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay. We felt as if we are at home. - Hamdi Bey and Aysegul Hanim are very good hosts and they were very helpful all the time. - There is a safe free parking in the building territory. - There is a big supermarket right across the building. - The beach is 20 min away by walk or 3-4 min by car. There is also a shuttle service several times a day carrying the residents to a beach which provides free sunbed and umbrella (but we did not have time to use it). - The neighborhood vegetable market (on Wednesdays) is 5-10 min by walk. It is a great opportunity for buying fresh, tasty local fruits and vegetables.

Villa on the Historic Castle Hill is gelegen in Alanya, op 6 minuten lopen van Strand Kleopatra en 700 meter van Damlatasgrotten, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning en een tuin. We lived like in a villa. It's a private and big apartment surrounded by garden and terraces where is a lot of space and everything was nice and clean. Going to the center and the beach was 10 minutes by walk and back came we by taxi, for 3 euros. The reception was without problems, the host is a nice and welcoming woman. This apartment was a good find and we will definitely come back.

It was a great stay - starting from the host, the location of the flat, the gorgeous bakery downstairs, and the sweet cat Güneş (a Turkish name meaning “sun,” which truly matches its character). The flat itself was very clean upon arrival and fully equipped. There was no stove, but for us the microwave and kettle were more than enough. The bathroom was in good condition with no leaks, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was sunny and pleasant. The surroundings were also very convenient: there is a market, a bakery, and a fruit-and-vegetable shop just downstairs, so we could find everything we needed - from fresh bread to cheese, ham, and beverages. There was also a place to park our bicycles and store some of our things on the first floor. The location is close to both the city center and the sea. Thank you!

Via Mar Residence - Alanya Experience is gelegen in Alanya, op 5 minuten lopen van Strand van Kargicak en 16 km van Plein met het Mustafa Kemal Atatürk-monument, Alanya. Best place to stay, brand new, the apartment is spacious, super clean and cozy, perfectly matching the pictures. Separated bedroom, huge balcony, living room and kitchen with all necessary equipment. I was staying for more than 2 weeks and it felt like home. Good supermarkets 2 min walking distance, 5 min to the beach. Taxi and bus stop right behind the building, easy to go anywhere. Theo is the most supportive and helpful host I’ve ever met, he did help with every single request in the best possible way. Definitely staying here next time 🙌🏽

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony and view made it especially enjoyable to spend time in the room, whether in the morning with a coffee or in the evening after a day out. The host and staff are truly amazing: very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. You can feel that they genuinely care about their guests, which makes the whole stay feel warm and personal. The location is excellent: close to the beach and main attractions, yet in a quiet area where you can really relax. It is easy to reach shops, cafes, and restaurants, so you always have everything you need nearby. The hotel also offers nice facilities such as a pool, sun terrace, bar, and lounge area, which add to the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. It is a great choice both for couples and for families looking for a calm and comfortable place with good service. The sea view is amazing! the apartment is very clear and modern. everything was clear and prepared, there are everything I need like washing machine, dish washer, microwave, cups, bans, plates, coffee maker. it was really beyond my expectations. the reception and residence management are awesome and very kind and polite, I really appreciate their hospitality, Thanks for Eren who was very helpful and friendly with us. overall, is it beyond the expectations and exceptional!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Özgür Bey Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I booked a room with a sea view, and not only did I receive a stunning view of the sea, but I was also pleasantly surprised to see the beautifully illuminated Kale hill from the side window at night – absolutely magical. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I’m currently learning a bit of Turkish, and I truly appreciated their warm attitude and the fact that they occasionally chatted with me in Turkish – it meant a lot and helped me feel even more welcome. The room itself was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the generous amount of space near the bathroom mirror for my cosmetics – such a thoughtful detail. Each day, the housekeeping staff kindly left a bottle of water in the room, which I found very convenient since I often forgot to buy my own. The location is also fantastic – it takes only about 4 minutes on foot to reach the sea and the lovely promenade, perfect for morning or evening strolls. Another great highlight is the hotel’s private beach, which is clean, well-maintained, and has very friendly and professional staff always ready to help. I felt not only relaxed there, but also completely safe and well taken care of, which made my time by the sea even more enjoyable. As for breakfast, it was absolutely delicious. Each morning, the kind ladies asked how I would like my eggs prepared – I always went for the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, accompanied by excellent Turkish tea. You can enjoy breakfast either indoors or outside in the fresh air. I also had the chance to visit the hotel’s spa, which was a truly relaxing experience. The lady who provided the treatment was incredibly kind and clearly experienced – I left feeling refreshed and cared for. One more thing that truly stood out was the kindness of the hotel owner.
