Very clean and comfortable - especially the king sized bed and amazing shower - and the most epic breakfast buffet we came across during our six weeks in Turkey, but what really puts this hotel in the 1% of hotels are the incredibly kind staff!! They really went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible stay (e.g. letting us check in early after taking a night bus, arranging a balloon ride at half the price quoted online, etc.) and for this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The amenities were modern and functional, making our stay comfortable. The hotel's location is also convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. Dining: The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and the staff ensured that everything was fresh and well-presented. The hotel also arranged for special meals upon request, which was a nice touch.

Offering a Turkish bath, the bus terminal of Goreme is only 500 metres from the hotel. Free WiFi service is offered throughout the property. Great hotel situated around 10-15 minutes walk to centre of Goreme (where you can find the main bus stop and atms). Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and restocking of water bottles. Highly recommend their Turkish breakfast spread. The front desk staff was very helpful, helped me book the balloon tour and the green tour. I was very pleased with the price I got for the balloon tour. I only saw that price in one other place online. But booking with the hotel makes the refund process easier if your tour gets cancelled (didn’t happen to me). Will fully recommend this place to my friends visiting in future.

Guests can watch the sunrise, sunset, the hot air balloons floating over Cappadocia and the fairy chimneys. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from Goreme's town centre. Lower deck of the property offers beautiful views of Rose Valley and an outdoor free hot tub. Nice and helpful staff. Helped to book tours and send me to bus stations. Big and comfort rooms, with amazing views. Very close to the city center, just 5 mins walk. Very good breakfast, a lot on local Turkish choice.

Special thanks to Onur for going the extra mile—literally—by personally accompanying me to the ATMs at the city center. His warmth and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I even booked my hot air balloon ride through him, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The same goes for all the staff—every single person was incredibly hospitable and made me feel completely at ease. I would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Everything exceeded my expectations.
