The apartment is bright and spacious and has everything that you need for a vacation in Side. There is a balcony for sitting out on. The master bedroom is very big and has lovely furnishings. The living room is comfortable and has a tv for when you want some rest time. The kitchen is well kitted out for preparing both snacks and main meals. It was a pleasure to stay here and Arzu is lovely, bringing extra items for the apartment and ready to help.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience at Leos Apartments. Newly renovated, fantastic facilities offered with outstanding hospitality from the landlord. Kitchen, living room, bed room, equipment - everything was at top quality. We felt that the whole experience was highly personal and luxurious, offering great value for money. Location was also great in the center of Side. We are already looking at coming back soon.

Incredible apartment, bigger than I expected ( 2 bedrooms +1 living room), everything is new and very clean, peaceful area, walking distance to many good restaurants and also Kumkoy beach is close. The owner really made me feel like I am home!

The house is wonderfull. 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with living room. Great location. There are all kind of shops in the neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with all kind of cutlery. The comunication was also great and solved all issues imediately.

The host contacted us in advance, explained about arrival, and gave some essential information about the town. He was always very helpful and replied to all our questions via WhatsApp quite quickly. All our requests were satisfied: we had late check-in, late check-out, organized transfer to the airport at a good price and water delivery. The house is located on a fenced territory, inside is very green and pleasant, there is a small playground for children. We received the keys from the neighbor, who does not speak English, but uses Google Translate quite effectively. :) She is often around and can help. there is a parking place in the territory. The house is quite big: two bedrooms upstairs, a kitchen, a living room with three sofas, two bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, the house was very clean and recently renovated. Looks better than in the pictures. The kitchen is well-equipped and new, although we missed bigger frying pan, pot, and sharper knives. The bathroom is also good, well-equiped and renovated. Good new towels in a big quantity, bath robes, basic toiletries, everything is clean. Beds are comfortable, pillows also. There are three terraces, one can also have a breakfast outside. There is a vacuum cleaner, a dishwasher and tabs, a washing machine with powder, and plenty of cleaning stuff. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the sea, the beach there is sandy and quite OK, the water was very clean. In the cafe nearby, one can have sunbeds and umbrella - when ordering drinks or food. There are some shops around, big supermarkets are within 10-minute drive. There was a welcoming breakfast, beer, and 18 liter water. All in all, we were very satisfied with the apartment, it was among the best we have stayed in. The price is excellent. Recommended! :)

The hosts are amazingly welcoming and helpful, we will be glad to come here again. We came with a baby and were met with not only a comfortable crib, but also some extra useful things. They also gave us some tips and helped to order food from a local place. The beach is walking distance and was almost empty.

Adatto ad accogliere gatti, il VONRESORT Golden Beach & Aqua offre molteplici servizi appositamente studiati per i bambini, tra cui un miniclub con telecamere di sorveglianza, mini lezioni di lingua e... Tutto! È stato tutto magnifico. Super super pulito il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile per tutto. Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene consiglio a tutti questi magnifico resort sopratutto alle famiglie con figli, non manca assolutamente nulla. Serviti e riveriti dall’inizio alla fine, ci hanno trattati benissimo, non abbiamo nulla di negativo da dire! Ci torneremo volentieri e non vediamo l’ora . Complimenti a tutti in primis a tutto il personale per tutta la pazienza che hanno e del loro magnifico lavoro svolto sopratutto nelle pulizie della struttura e nelle stanze .

Honestly, absolutely chuffed with our stay here. The half-board system is spot on—the food was brilliant every single day, proper tasty stuff. What I really liked was the pool area; usually, you have to fight for a sunbed, but there was plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The room was fully kitted out with everything we needed. We had the little one with us, so having the kitchenette was a massive lifesaver for sorting out baby food and bottles. Can’t fault it, really. Cheers for a lovely holiday
