It was also quiet and had a great setup for remote work, which made my stay even more pleasant. The neighborhood is lively and diverse, with countless restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines—from local Vietnamese dishes to international flavors. You’ll also find plenty of shops, cafes, and essential services just a short walk away. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The location is perfect, and the rooftop apartment with its private terrace was a real highlight. The soundproofing was excellent — we didn’t hear any street noise at all. The staff were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience, and we’d 100% stay here again next time we’re in town. We also brought our dog, and that was no problem at all.

The pool area is amazing, the kids simply loved the water slide. It is about 10-20 min from district 1, depending on traffic, but if you have a car or use Grab, it is perfect.
