Beds were comforable. Good location near a motorway. On or about 10 minutes to the city center. Free car park is advantage. Shared kitchen and bathroom were not a problem. The host were helpful, kind and hospitable but there are small chances to see him because checking in and checking out are self-service [key is inside a safe next to the front door). Strong wifi. The accommodation was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The owner, Markus, and his staff went above and beyond what is usual to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed a week to attend the Euros 25 Wales games in St Gallen, and also to explore the town and the area. Markus was very helpful in suggesting local attractions and interesting places to visit and enhanced our holiday considerably by passing on his local knowledge. This accommodation is not the "poshest", as it has shared facilities, and you have to be prepared to walk up and down stairs as there is no lift, but this is more than made up for, with the warmth of the welcome, the high standards of cleanliness and service by the staff, and the location (an easy walk or short bus journey into St Gallen old town). It is excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again. We are very happy to recommend it to others.

This very comfortable apartment that is close to the railway and bus stations, many supermarkets and the key historical sights in the city centre. Maria was the most wonderful host - she also did our clothes laundry! There were also many kitchen pantry supplies that were available for us to use.

The property was in a great location. The bus stop was a very short walk from the house with the no 10 and No 5 buses taking you to the heart of the town in less than 10 mins. Jasminka our hostess was exceptional. Great communication. So helpful and friendly.. The property was spotlessly clean with everything we needed and more. Lovely fast WiFi. Tap water is drinking water here in St Gallen. Great shower. The parking space was large, easy to access and right at the door of the property. This made taking bags in effortlessly simple. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend 100%. Would love to stay here again
