The Jaz Maraya Resort had absolutely everything we needed! We were amazed with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere here, and all staff were so professional. Service was excellent, and facilities and entertainment programs made our stay even more fun and fulfilled. Special thanks to Mr. Salama from the restaurant who made our dining special every time, to Mr. Ahmed from Sea Horse restaurant, Mr. Yaser, and all other team members! Very nice, homey and cosy environment, staff are all very attentive and friendly. The lady at the reception, Mahmoud and manager Mohamed are all very helpful and has helped me sorted out a few requests. The house reef is really good for snorkelling, very shallow and so many fish!

Rooms are spacious and clean, there is a great variety of food in the main restaurant, and two items on the grill at the lunch and dinner. The a la carte restaurants food was very tasty and delicious. Coral reefs and snorkeling was fantastic. It was an unforgettable experience when we saw dolphins swimming by us at the sea, also the sea turtle made a special appearance :). What makes this place really stand out is the people. The staff are hospitality professionals. We were a big large family (13 people) and I heard the same feedback from all my family. The staff made sure we were really having a memorable experience. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Ahmed at the reception, Kasem at the guest relations, Mohammed at the grill station, and Omar at the main restaurant. Can't forget Om Adam and her freshly baked bread. You really made our experience exceptional.

thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. special thanks to the reception, where Kiro, Hani and Shazly are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I especially appreciated the large selection for vegetarians. The restaurant also has very friendly staff. Amer was very nice to my niece and she liked him very much. Overall, the hotel has a magical atmosphere and, most importantly, everything is beautifully clean!
