It is a brand new apartment which has been stylishly and tastefully decorated. The views are amazing, so are the hammock and the sun loungers. It is amazing to cook dinner and have the big windows to the terrace. Everything is comfortable and clean. Supermarkets and the beach are close and the hosts are responsive and kind.

This is a great place if you're looking for affordable accommodation right in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. I had a lovely stay here. The location is the best part! Rooms are basic but comfy. I recommend it!

With regards to location to city centre, for some people ideal, but if you have walking difficulties it is a little up hill coming back, but taxi,s available everywhere. Took about 15 minutes to walk to main market. Fully equipped modern apartment. Good supermarket opposite the property, and a couple of local bars and eateries nearby.

Everything was perfect. Clean, cozy apartment, great for 4 people! Location is also great because it is close to city center with lots of options for restaurants. You can easily find parking space near apartment if you rent a car during your stay. Self check-in is smooth and safe. Hosts are super nice, highly recommend! Apartment has all necessary things to make your own meal, or warm up your take-away food.

Spacious apartment for a bigger group of people. The location is farther from the city center, but easily reached by public transport or rented car. We were greeted with water and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. Self check in and out.

Everything was great and suited me. A comfortable, spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen on the 25th floor of a tower block. Very clean, tasteful. Comfy bed, shower worked great, abundant lighting in all rooms. Very good fast WIFI. Everything you need is there. Also some salt and pepper in the kitchen. Super location. Close to Parque Maritime with swimming pools, opera house, large shopping centers, Palmetum. Old town and the city center are 25 minutes away. Private, quiet, beautiful view of the city and mountains from the windows.

The location was excellent. Santa Cruz City Centre was around 20 minute walking briskly, and anyhow there were two tram stops within 5 minutes. The roof terrace was excellent, stocked with various drinks and snacks in a cooler. The staff were friendly and helpful. The multi-national atmosphere of the hostel was great with adults of all ages from around the world.

It was the best place to stay in Tenerife. It was such a nice and quiet neighbour only few minutes drive from Santa Cruz, the best choice for relaxing holidays. Also, very close to La Laguna and to big supermarkets. The owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Hopefully to go back again ☺️

Breakfast was decent. Room was fantastic. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The facilities are top notch. If you are visiting Tenerife for vacation, then maybe this is not the best location, but if you have other purposes, the hotel is amazing for a comfortable stay!

Really nice appartment, good bed, good shower. And kitchen was complete enough, which is rare in appartments. Location was good for me as I organised a conference in the Auditorio de Tenerife, but it's outside the city center - that said, I just walked that whenever I met with others for dinner, a safe walk of about 15 min. Around the appartment you do find all the shops you need, even shopping malls and a Corte Ingles with excellent (but expensive) supermarket.

EDI Astoria was great place to stay.. Super location, in the town, close to the bus station, and local beach. Very nice , clean place with everything we need to stay comfortable. I strongly recommend to everybody, who prefer private place than hotels.

The accommodation is nicely decorated, in a quiet location. It has a really nice terrace up top where you can chill and work if need be and just chat with other people staying there. The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of room for personal items. It was very nice getting to know the host who was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. It is well priced for the location and the time of year we went, with easy connections to other parts of the island and beaches. It is a 45 minute walk to the city centre if you fancy a stroll.
