Lovely guesthouse in a great location. The surroundings and the gardens were beautiful. We had an excellent night of sleep in a comfortable and very clean room. It was also very quiet at night! The breakfast was delicious as well. I definitely recommend this place.

The location is so peaceful. The views are stunning. The property is small, compact but has everything you can need. There is lots of space outside and again all the facilities you could need.

It’s a beautiful home, very tastefully decorated and with a great deal of focus on the environment.
The location is fabulous, right on the riverside and so peaceful.
Breakfast was great, quality produce, well cooked and a good selection. Looking out over the garden pond and resident ducks/ducklings was a delight. I could have sat there all morning.
We only met Melinda who was a great host, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and you can see her passion for the property.

Good place to spend the night if you are planning a roadtrip through Scotland and you need a place to stay. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable enough.
