In my 10 years of travelling the world, I have never felt so at home and so welcome. Jonathan and Simona (along with Ema, the Lab and Molly the Cat) made our journey through the Scottish Highlands an experience to remember and definitely left us with the feeling that we would want to come back again. The house is extremely cozy and in the evening, the fireplace creates an pleasant atmosphere reminding me of my childhood days. The breakfast is great, with many options to pick from and with fresh ingredients. Dinner is also available, along with a vast selection of Scottish Whisky and Gin - IMPORTANT: If you are going, do not miss the Cullen Skink Soup - it is the best thing ever to warm yourself after a rainy windy day in Isle of Skye. PS: Fully appreciate the support of Jonathan and Simone for helping me set up something for my girlfriend's birthday, definitely brought a happiness tear to the eye :)

Excellent stay, the dinner was really good but very expensive. The room was big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck and the very cosy shared living room! It's a peaceful hotel to stay at during your visit on Skye.

The property was beautiful - both internally and the location with the stunning views. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome by adding some extra touches to the property to give us a taste of Skye. The views from the picnic table made for a perfect cup of tea in the morning as the sun rose and it was very quiet and peaceful! Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay on the outskirts of the town.

Very quiet location, newly renovated and super clean. We had a lovely view and the property was easy to keep warm, well heated that we had control over. The hosts also left a lovely food basket with fresh milk and locally made fudge and teacakes which was very thoughtful. They are also had beautiful thick lush towels and plenty of them which was nice as often you don't get this.

A warm and cosy place to stay in the main street of Dunvegan. The staff were warm, kind, attentive. Everything was so well thought out about the place. They have a shared lounge room for all the guests which is homey and relaxing after a day hiking. They bring in teas, and drinks if you that is what you would like. The bedroom and tidy snd well looked after

We loved our stay at The Tables Guest House! Janet and Stuart were brilliant hosts - so welcoming and friendly. Their attention to detail was wonderful and quite a delight. The breakfasts were delicious - I loved the Scottish Pancakes. Sitting in the conservatory, sipping on a local beer and watching Wimbledon was very relaxing! Dunvegan is a great location, we highly recommend the “Two Churches Walk” through heather and woods. Thanks Stuart and Janet - we look forward to staying again! 😊

The host was lovely, gave lots of useful advice on places to visit. The breakfast was amazing, vegetarian and vegan which we loved and freshly cooked. The room was very clean and airy. Beds were very comfortable. Amazing location, only a short drive from hikes and beach. Best guest house I've been too.

Warm and cozy accommodation, with very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows; the room and bathroom equipped for everything you might need for one night stay. Suitable for longer stays as well. Very good location to make a pit stop if you are exploring the island. Good continental breakfast, with a nice variety of fresh fruits. Very good restaurant close by where we ate great sea food - The Old School. 15 min drive to Coral Beach.

Fabulous host provided lots of helpful information and warm welcome , very personable. Accommodation was bigger than expected, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated plus a good breakfast included. Perfect find for time on Skye, quiet location.

beautiful, spacious house. good location, very close to a bakery and several restaurants, close to tourist attractions. the house was well equipped, we had everything we needed. the owners were very nice and helpful. we really enjoyed the time spent in the painter's house
