It's a new construction, we could tell we were possibly among the first guests in the apartment. Everything looks and smells brand new and clean. The apartment is spacious and well organized. I can't overstate the importance of mosquito nets being installed and working well at all openings (windows and the balcony doors). The bathroom is a design feat. Bedding is first class, soundproofing is excellent and the air conditioning works perfectly, so we regularly had some really good sleep there. I should stress there are two elevators at each side of the building, which we found very helpful as my wife had some recent knee injury. The property is meticulously maintained, the rooms are made daily and the towels and sheets changed every two or three days (can't tell precisely, as they always seemed clean to me). The evening before our departure, and just as we finished packing, the owner knocked at the door with a chilled bottle of a Greek white wine, boy, what a perfect ending for the overall very relaxing stay.

We spend a lot of time researching houses to stay in interesting locations which are private, remote and have a stupendous panoramic view. We also appreciate good design and landscaping that says something about the place we are visiting. Etheres exceeded our expectations and is possibly the best conceived design that we have experienced in decades of traveling. It is also interesting to us that this experience was created by three relatively young women. Etheres is sited on a high ridge above the old village of Nikiti and comprises only ten houses each having stunning views to both sides of your house. Each has a pool and is equipped for basic self-catering. The furniture selection allows for relaxed living inside and out and there is good protection from the sun as well as areas for sunbathing. From a design perspective the architecture and siting is quite innovative providing the ability to harness breezes when needed and with clever screens for privacy. We were able to walk down into the village as well as walk up into the hills behind. The views are everywhere and even take in glimpses of Mount Athos. Etheres is a special experience that we will fondly treasure.

The room is very comfortable and newly furnished. The location is excellent—just 30 meters from the sea and very close to all the tavernas and bars. No need to worry about noise, as the rooms face the garden and are very quiet. Most importantly, you will have Konstantina, who takes care of everything. We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!
