The experience was super comfy and relaxing. The owner & care taker (super friendly) were exceptional with their service. The villa was huge with dreamy views and curtains all over. The pool was huge & clean to relax and play around. Many sightseeing locations were nearby to plan your day out with family & friends. The villa was Clean. Chintu the ginger cat will walk around you ( if you love cats you can take him inside the villa). Our overall Experience was soothing and relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa without any second thought to book and have quality time with family or with friends. Thank you so much for the ease you provided Heram & Care takers. Everything about this stay was awesome. Best thing about our stay was the host, Vinita ma’am. The care that we received and the homemade food we were served, lovely! We were also served with fresh strawberries right from the farm. Room was very spacious with a balcony which opens to the beautiful views. Location is secluded and yet close to Panchgini market. If one enjoys silence, this home is just perfect. Ma’am even helped us with arranging a mechanic to repair our puncture bike tyre. She also shared her life experiences and the good work that she’s been doing with the NGO. Conversation that went on lengths made much more difficult to say goodbye, only for now. Will definitely visit again with friends and family.

A delightful surprise during our stay was spotting the majestic Indian Giant Squirrel - a rare treat for any animal lover. Adding to the charm, the owners have pet mongooses and a couple of friendly dogs, making the experience even more unique. The food here was exceptional, prepared in the authentic Parsi style. Each meal felt like a treat, and the desserts were delightful. I highly recommend having breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the property to fully enjoy the culinary experience. It’s a perfect getaway for families, with plenty of activities to keep children engaged. The outdoor area features games like table tennis and carrom, ensuring fun for everyone. The hospitality was outstanding. The owners and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Parmar Uncle, who went above and beyond to take care of us. The personal touch they bring to every interaction made our stay truly memorable. The place was wonderful and the owner who is also the caretaker who is also the cook and who stay below on ground floor is a very warm and helping lady MANISHA.. I strongly recommend to try this place as even location wise it is just 20mins walk to the main panchgani market and if u have a vehicle then 5mins drive

Great location overlooking a lake. Charming 100-year-old bungalows with all modern amenities in place. Tasty authentic Parsi food, diverse menus for every meal. Extremely hospitable owners and staff. Prompt and caring service. Cherry on the cake is the valley view. Can’t have enough of it.
