The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed pool and complimentary breakfast. First of all the staff: corteous, competent, smiling: in the dining hall, on the beach premises, in the lobby. During our stay at the hotel there have also been some busy days: staff members didn't change attitude: they always met us with a smile, a kind word, trying to take care of a wish or the expressed need. A special compliment goes to Babyrose, Antika and Uday who made us "feel at home". Then we liked the wonderful, long, sandy beach, perfect for walks and enjoy the arabic sea. For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices). Last but not least, we appreciated together with the huge, lush garden (and the many birds), the cleanliness of the property: there was allways somebody around cleaning or tyding up.

It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .

Great location, pool and the beach. Had issue when we checked in as the room and bed was too small for 2 adult and child, then the manager was kind enough to provide a room with good view and spare bed for child. Great thanks for Zara who went and beyond to help our stay more comfortable and providing great recommendations for places to visit.

Right from the security guys at the gate to the private beach, everything was perfect perfect perfect. I have traveled a lot across Europe and further but this is hands down one of the top hotels I’ve stayed at. Rooms are great, location is great and the service is simply amazing. All the staff is well trained, polite and make you feel at home. Special thanks to Ankush and Genovia for their impeccable service and extra attention to detail. Genovia is an absolute legend and deserves a promotion and a pay rise!
