We had a wonderful time in Risan! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful area – but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and kindness of our host and her lovely family. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with open arms and made us feel genuinely at home. What touched us the most were the thoughtful gestures, especially toward our 8-year-old son. They went out of their way to make him feel special – offering little treats, engaging with him kindly, and making sure he was happy and comfortable throughout the stay. It made the experience even more meaningful for us as parents. The location is also ideal – just a short drive from Kotor, Tivat, and Perast, so we could explore the best of the Bay of Kotor while enjoying the calm and authenticity of Risan. A truly heartwarming stay. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again!

What was there not to like, the apartment was very clean and aranged in style by the owners, the view was amazing from the balcony and the bedroom. It was a gated community so you feel secure in maximum. Nearest beach was like 2min away of walking and the farest beach was like 20min of walking. Who wants to really relax and enjoy peace and quiet i would recommend Risan. The place just vibes with positivity and relaxation. And the owners are helpful in everything that you might encounter with, they wana make your stay as pleasant as possible, so you really relax and enjoy the stay.

The best apartment and host of our trip. He was really nice, gave us tourist information and he was really helpful all the time we needed something. He answered really fast to all our messages. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or long stay. Risan is really close to main tourist towns like Perast, Kotor and Herceg Novi. The advantages of Risan compared to other towns is that you can park anywhere even in August and there is a big supermarket. We also went one day to Dubrovnik, it is only one hour and a half from the apartment.

Very friendly hosts. Totally new/renovated apartment. Everything clean. We felt we were at our beach home for a short stay. The hosts were so gentle to have put water in the fridge for us and also they put some coffe and capuccino for us to use during the stay. The location was 5 min from the sea (by car). We didnt ask if there was a way to walk to the beaches nearby but we used the car and there were a lot of very nice public and private beaches nearby. Totally recommend and we will be coming back also 🙂

We did a 2 weeks trip to Montenegro with like 6 locations and this was the best. Very comfty beds. Well, best beds through the trip ) The lady met us on arrival - on the lower parking (be prepared - it's very steep). If you will stay a way up (like us) - there is a service parking right there as well (and very even), it is more handy if you have a heavy suitcase.

the location was excellent and the host was very welcoming. food can be ordered from the host which was delicious (mussels caught on the same day) at a reasonable price. overall pictures don’t do it justice. Town is beautiful - unlike what some descriptions say.

We were staying at this place already last year and after great experience we returned. Everything is as great - well equipped apartment, quiet bedrooms and great location next to Gabela street. While parking is not available next to property its not difficult to find a spot in walking distance. Would love to return

The owner really makes an effort to make your stay as nice and comfortable as possible. The apartment was quite modern and mostly clean. Neighbours' cat greeted us one morning. From the tourist standpoint, the location is great. There is a small town less than 15 minutes away by foot with some restaurants, shops and other neccessities. The view from the balcony was exceptional.

Perfect location and beautiful, everything is near.. 3min walk distance to beach,post office, bus statio,some grocery stores and bakery. Apartment has everything that you need. Kitchen has everything, there is hairdryer, iron, air condition. Wifi is awesome,possible to use it for work if you need it. Clean apartment, king sized bed.

Good apartment that had everything we needed. Ivan was very friendly and made sure we had a good stay. As shown in the pictures, the pool is not that big, but our kids loved it. Pool is well maintained. The apartment is in a good location, close to a grocery store and a short walk from restaurants. Parking just outside the house.
