The property was in a very quiet area with its own driveway . It had a front veranda as well as an outside seating area and also an enclosed seating area with screens to stop the insects and lizards . The garden was beautiful and had a lemon tree , tangerine tree , fig tree and mangoes growing . I spotted two lizards running around the fencing . There were sun-loungers provided as well as a swing seat and other outside seats . There were also camping chairs and fold up chairs you could take to the beach as well as buckets and spades . Inside there were cards , dominoes and books to play with as well as books you could read and spare beach towels in bags in the wardrobes . The inside was spotless and provided everything you needed with all the little extras like shampoo / conditioner / washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets . The only thing we didn’t have was a dishcloth but we made do with kitchen roll ( which was provided ). The shower in the main bathroom was the best shower we have ever used . Both my teenagers used it after a day at the beach .

Everything, the location in a quiet neighbourhood, the house, the beautifully appointed interior. The quality of the fixtures and fittings, the beds - it would be hard to fault anything. The kitchen had all you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It really was a home from home. It has a great pool too. We would give it five stars.

Most important part of vacation is hotel stay. We were two families (4 adults & 3 children). The stay was very good, if you have rental car this place would be great location with affordable cost near Clearwater Beach. Special mentions breakfast, jacuzzi, swimming pool. Internet was okay not terrible, it didn't bother us since we were not using our mobile phones a lot during our stay. We requested for late checkout and they gladly accepted our request and extended it till 1pm instead of 12pm. Overall, it was a fun stay we enjoyed staying there, I would highly recommend this place!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, they had several different options. We were in town for a 2-day weekend jazz concert at Ruth Eckard Hall which was about 15 minutes away. This was a perfect place to stay for that event. Clean and comfortable.

I was very surprised to find out this little hotel would be the best stay I have ever had in Clearwater beach.though it is about 3 miles from the beach it makes up for it. Fun breakfast area. every morning we saw more new faces. the staff are friendly and professional. Tonnie at reception is wonderful, and Linda so helpful; always friendly and efficient. Andrew is great; on the ball and a source of solutions to problems. Love the ample parking and huge trash bins. very clean and fresh. loved the lush green everywhere. the pool and seating area. Music all the time. The location is perfect: literally Central of everything so driving anywhere is in perfect timing. Thank you La Quinta

I was in town for medical appointments and needed a place to stay for the night. The staff showed me to a couple rooms that needed work done, so she was quick to change my accommodations. My room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and warm to hot, and I got a good night sleep, free wi-fi, free to watch TV. The room was air-conditioned and didn't smell of smoke like the rest of the place. Pets were allowed to stay with their owners. Refrigerator and cooking in rooms, they offer breakfast.

Stayed here in November 23 and again for three days this April 24. Absolutely the best place to stay. Easy back and forth to the beach and everything is clean and good shape. Will continue to come back and always worth the price. Better than paying for times more for right on the beach access.

The location we chose as it was perfect to explore most of St Petes and Cleawater area. The room was good size, well equipped with tea/coffee, TV, AC, en suite etc. Housekeeping were great with loads of fresh towels every day, car park always had spaces, reception staff were very helpful. The swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool were a welcome facility in the evenings. We saw the gym, which looked good but didn't use it. There were lots of vending machines for snacks and ice machines an each floor.
