Dating from 1654, this traditional hotel in the historic centre of Schaffhausen is just a 5-minute walk away from the train station. Hotel2B features the restaurant US-Mex and has a bar.

All rooms have been refurbished in 2017. The spacious and modern rooms at Hotel2B have all a different style. They feature a work desk, a flat-screen TV, a small table with chairs and a bathroom. We booked 2 rooms, both were exceptional. Very large, comfortable beds, clean with good facilities. Coffee machine, bottled water, radio, TV. They even supplied a USB multi charger which was very much appreciated as my UK adapter did not fit in the plug sockets. The bathroom was very clean and some lovely toiletries were supplied. Also a hairdryer with various settings. Unfortunately our flight was delayed which meant we would not be able to check in before 11pm at the US Mex restaurant (which was also fabulous) however I contacted the hotel and they put the key card in a lock box for us which we found easy to use.

Hotel Hohberg "Next to BBC Arena" is situated in a residential area on the edge of a forest, 4 km from the centre of Schaffhausen and 6 km from the Rhine Falls. It serves Mediterranean cuisine, Swiss specialities, and fine wines. Free Wi-Fi, free parking is available. Clever planned room and comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Very helpfull stuff. Good value for mony. Excellent choice for spending a night after or befor a flight.

Location was nice and quiet, very pretty town with nice Christmas decorations. Breakfast had many good options and all of them were good. The room had the blackout shutters which was great as well. Staff was also very helpful coordinating a cab for me on the day I left.

The manager and all the staff were charming and helpful going beyond expectation.

Centrally located in Stein am Rhein, Hotel Rheinfels is housed in a historic building from the 14th century and features a restaurant with a large terrace facing the river. Free WiFi is available in public areas of the property. Lovely old building right on the river, great parking for our bikes, air conditioning was a bonus, bed was comfy. Hotel is a mix of old and new, bathroom was modern and worked beautifully. Very nice location

Elena was very friendly, patient and kind. There were different delicious options for breakfast. I loved it.
