First opened in 1902, The Balmoral now offers rooms with a spacious marble bathroom and an interactive TV. Many rooms have views towards Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town. The location is Amaaaazing, every major event/activity is nearby The longest i had to walk is 12 mins away, so i literally didn’t use any public transportation or even a car. The room is spacious, with nice bathroom. The staff are very kind and nice.

The glamorous Rutland Hotel has stylish rooms, a luxurious late-lounge, and a unique restaurant with a glass wine cellar. It is situated on the West End of Princes Street, with views of Edinburgh Castle. Excellent hotel in a great location, not in the old town, but even better in my opinion. Extremely comfortable suite, spacious and with great atmosphere and decor. Great bed linen and bath towels. Excellent a la carte breakfast. Very polite staff.

The Hotel Ceilidh-Donia is in a quiet residential area, just off Dalkeith Road, a major route into Edinburgh. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. This hotel is a true find. It had a lovely, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The owners could not have been more helpful.

Great hotel with nice staffs and services! only hope if they can add on air conditioning although edinburgh is cold enough

This recently renovated aparthotel is located 3.3 km from Edinburgh Waverley station and 3.3 km from Edinburgh Playhouse. The aparthotel features family rooms. Alexander was a very attentive and kind host, always available to answer our questions, clear our doubts or give us reccomendations. Arthur's suite was the perfect accommodation for our trip, spotlessly clean, brand new and equipped with every comfort - from the coffee machine (with excellent coffee pods!) to the super comfortable mattresses. The view from the suite is just the cherry on top. We had a lovely stay and we'll surely be back.

Situated in the centre of Edinburgh, less than 1 km from Edinburgh Waverley station, Forth House by Supercity Aparthotels features air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. It is set 400 metres from Edinburgh Playhouse and offers a 24-hour front desk. The apartment has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Our 3-night stay at Forth House was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so comfortable, clean and calm, and the location was perfect: super close to Picardy Place tram station, great breakfast cafes around the corner, short stroll to Stockbridge and Old Town. We were lucky to receive a free upgrade to a super spacious executive one-bedroom suite on the 5th floor with two terraces. It overlooked an alley with bars but we had no noise problems at all. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely book Forth House again for future visits to Edinburgh!
