The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk into fira’s city centre. An extra bonus was the included buffet breakfast, that it was great . The staff were very helpful and pleasent and always smiling. Great facilities , three swimming pools ,one for kids. I would definitely return to Orama!

I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Big pool with lots of benches and umbrellas. Towels provided for pool or beach and even a carrying bag for them. Delicious buffet breakfast with tons to choose from. Very close to the beach and the medieval city. Wonderful staff, very friendly. Free personal trainer in the well equipped gym. The restaurant served delicious, huge portions with complimentary buns and different desserts each night! Would definitely stay here again!

In the morning, they served croissant and some fruits which are so delicious and fresh. Also, they arranged a bout tour which made me meet with great people and some of them were solo travellers. And after the boat trip we went out for drinks with those great ppl. So, it's highly recommended to stay!! Don't be shy to communicate with ppl :)

The food at the restaurants was very good. The spa was professional and relaxing. The atmosphere is catered towards relaxation and it thoroughly delivers. Overall I had an excellent stay and will definitely return next summer.
