Set in a mid-19th-century neoclassical house right opposite Kapodistrias Square, the boutique hotel Nafsimedon offers a small garden with palm trees overlooking Kolokotronis Park.

The guest rooms at Nafsimedon, many done in shades of apricot and peach, have chandeliers, marble-topped tables, old paintings and good-size bathrooms and beds with firm mattresses. It was very elegant, on the edge of the old town, parking close. Breakfast delightful. Staff very approachable. Really appreciated the bottle of wine. The outside area is beautiful also.

Hotel Vasilis Nafplio rooms are very spacious featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. They all include a kitchenette, where guests can prepare a quick meal. They are equipped with air conditioning and TV, and they have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. There is an iron and an ironing board available, which is uncommon at 3 star accommodations. The view on Palamidi fortress and the sea was spectacular. The location was very good, only a short walk to charming city center. The hotel is uphill, but not hard to reach. The stuff was great. We had an amazing stay at Vasilis hotel. I highly recommend this place.

Pharae Palace is located on the famous Kalamata beachfront and just few minutes away from the shopping districts and the port of Kalamata.

The location is ideal as it is only few minutes away from fine restaurants, trendy open air cafeterias and bars. The hotel is located close to beach and the city center. The breakfast was very generous and the Kalamata olives were included in the menu, of course. A very good location in the center of the Kalamata city.

The pension is located within the old city walls with bars and restaurants nearby. The central bus station is less than a 5-minute walk. Dafni's staff can help with travelling information and car rental. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. Proximity to the bus station and tourist sites. Very comfortable room and well stocked with coffee, tea and water. Maria did an amazing job in showing me the routes to different places. Housekeeping kept the room clean every day.

Former residence of a 19th century mayor of Nafplion, Ilion is situated in the centre of the Old Town, overlooking Syntagma Square. It features classical furnishings and rooms with different themes. A hammam is available. We had a great time at this lovely well-maintained old-style hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had a very intimate feeling. The wine offered to us on arrival was highly appreciated. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious local products. The location was fantastic, albeit difficult to reach with heavy suitcases. Otherwise very close to the city center, restaurants, beach, public parking.

Hotel Europa Olympia is built on the top of Drouvas Hill in Ancient Olympia. It offers a 24-hour front desk, 3 bars (two indoors and one pool bar) and a Greek restaurant and a pool-side tavern, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Absolutely fabulous! Fantastic room! Very clean and comfy!
