Of all the places I stayed in during my travels with my wife, this was by far the cleanest. Also, everything seemed very new and free of any kind of wear and tear. We had the feeling that we were the first residents. Nothing was scratched, dirty or worn! The location of the house is very good, close to the center, close to the DODECA supermarket, but also close to the bus stops. It is also close to the AUMM AUMM restaurant, which we fell in love with and which we highly recommend. The vibe of the street and the neighborhood is a very good one. It was a pleasure at breakfast to hear and see the neighbors from the two houses opposite (where some very nice children live). The breakfast is very balanced and sufficient and the piece de resistance is the TORTA CAPRESE, an absolutely formidable local cake. The pleasure of serving breakfast is even greater when it is served by a lady employed at the guesthouse, who is extremely nice. We advise the owner of the guesthouse to try to keep her as long as possible and to give her a good salary, because her presence adds value to the stay in this place. The functionality of the bathroom is very good: the water has both pressure and the appropriate temperature and, unlike other places where we stayed in our travels, you don't have to wait for hot water to arrive, it comes in just a few seconds. The WI-FI has a very good quality. In conclusion, our stay at this guesthouse was wonderful and our score can only be 10 in all chapters.

I booked the partial sea view, it made my stay in capri so special the view in the balcony was amazing you need it in capri to enjoy your time more and just enjoy the sunset in your own comfort. The apartment is clean and the equipments are new and the apartment is very comfortable and spacious i loved it the location is very near to the center. The service is incredible thank you so much it made our stay more special they helped us with the bag service and the boat tour and answered all our questions about capri, thank you so much ♥️🙏🏼 there is also house keeping service which they are very kind and helpful. Best experience will for sure visit again ♥️♥️♥️

The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Villa San Michele. - The location is great, in the center of Anacapri - The balcony has a view of the sea, Monte Solaro and a piazetta - The apartment is very good equipped with coffee machine and a lot of caps for it, plenty of milk for coffee/ only drinking milk if you like to, microwave and a lot of accessories that you need during your stay - The breakfast is a sweet one, a lot of gems, Nutella, biscuits and pastries (and ofc coffee, milk, sugar, tea, still and sparkling water). If we needed anything, the host was available to make sure we have all that we need for breakfast. - We were welcomed from the port, the host took us with her personal car up to Anacapri and showed us the main attractions on the way - Elia(host) was always available for us, gave us a lot of tips&tricks in order to make our holiday the best and to not waste time in touristic bus stations, she saved us time&a space in bus. Bonus: the host gave us a bottle of champagne that was really good! Would definetly come back here next time in Capri!!

The little flat is perfect for a couple and even if with 2 kids as the sofa bed is quite big. The location is in the heart of Anacapri with walking distance of amazing attractions. Slow walking : 5 min from Casa Rossa e Chiesa San Michelle and 10min from Villa San Michelle and Monte Solaro lift chair, also the pick up point for restaurant Gelsomina. So many shops, restaurants and supermarket all at your door step with prices much more reasonable considering the reality of Marina Grande or Capri town itself. The host Marinela was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much to ask, great suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. If you missing something simply ask! He was so caring that he even came to pick us up from the port (saved us about 45 EUR in taxi). Not only that, but then he sat with us and for 30 minutes explained us what we can do; gave us a map and we made a great plan and literally we saw some of the most beautiful places on Earth as a result! The guesthouse was great, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also great. We really only have good memories!
