The bedroom was quaint and romantic. The public areas were elegant and beautiful. Location perfect. Just a minute away from Nicola’s Copernicus museum which is a fantastic museum. Breakfast superb!

The boutique four-star Hotel 1231 is located in the Old Town right next to the Ruins of the Teutonic Castle, a major Torun attraction. Only a few minutes' walk separates the hotel from the Vistula River's Philadelphia Boulevard, the Old Market Square, the City Hall and the New Market Square. We had a family room in the new building and it was fantastic. Two rooms joined by a door so the kids could have their own bathroom, and we could close the door for a bit privacy ☺️ We had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and it was excellent. The schnitzel was perfekt as well as the carbonara. Breakfast had everything you’d want ☺️ Home made pancakes, perfect scrambled eggs, fresh bread and so much more! The sad thing was that we only booked one night. Had we know how great this place was we would have extended our stay in Torun one more night. Kids loved that there was a football field just 50m from the hotel 😛 Will definitely visit again

Rooms are clean, everything's working as intended. Nice and helpful staff. It's conveniently located.

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment was so beautiful and clean. Everything needed can be found in the apartment. The location is also great- It is just in front of Vistula river with such a beautiful view and 5-10 min walk distance to main square ( Old Town). The apartment owner was exclusively nice and kind person who showed so much care and kindness to us, gave additional information and recommendations about places to visit in Toruń and in the end, left us very nice gift.
