Some units at the property have a patio with a city view. Everything was great. Breakfast was very good, and the view and surrounding environment, beautiful. Of special note, and quite outstanding was the service provided by staff to promptly transport us 1/2 mile or so up and down the steep hill, to the main part of town and back. They also picked us up at the ferry, and then going back met us at the ferry with all of our luggage later in the day after we checked out.

The condo comes with a gas powered golf cart 24/7. This is a huge bonus. Our hostess, Alison, was incredibly welcoming and really tried to make our stay special and unique. She allowed us to keep our bags in the condo on the last day because our boat didn't leave until 5:00pm. She is very helpful and willing to help in any way. We will be back. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is quiet and off the tourist streets. The building is sound proofed and the stay felt very safe and quiet.

The room itself didn’t have a view but it was modern, clean and comfortable and directly across from the beach!! So best views as soon as you stepped out of the hotel!

Situated in the foothills of beautiful Catalina Island overlooking the town of Avalon, the Catalina Canyon Inn. Catalina Island offers an outdoor pool, and is 15 minutes’ walk from the Catalina Expres Dock. It also offers complimentary shuttle service. The staff, from the reception team to the drivers and house keeping team were all amazing and incredibly kind and willing to help. The room was spacious and had a great view. I liked that there was a car frequently picking up and dropping guests in town or at the ferry terminal so mayde it easy to go up and down hill easily.
