Czech RepublicVery nice staff, who helped me through and to sort all of my problems. The breakfast vas very good, a variety was awesome. There was a lot of free spaces on the parking lot, even for a big car with trailer. The room was big, and very comfortable, there was everything i needed.

Good breakfast although when we came down we found the eggs, bacon, baked beans etc on the cold side. Nice having a dip in the swimming pool, although I would have preferred it a couple of degrees warmer, but soon got used to the temperature. Hotel was clean.

close to the border with Dk, easy to reach. Nice entertainment for the kids because if the swimming pool. v good breakfast.

We really like this hotel and have stayed here many times. The service is good, but the hotel is a bit old and some facilities are a bit outdated. The swimming pool is nice though. The breakfast was fine.

Excellent and service minded staff in general. The rooms were spacious, nice and modern.
The bed was very comfortable. The Spa was also great and both pools indoor and outdoor and Saunas.
Location of the hotel is with a view of the fjord so that is also perfect.
Absolutely amazing food. The breakfast is amazing, there is anything you can wish for.
We tried some of different restaurants and were very pleased with all the food and wine in general.
In all, almost a perfect stay!

The spa was nice, the indoor and outdoor pools and saunas. The changing is far too small for such facilities. The breakfast was good and with a huge range of food. The bar is a good option for dinner although the portions are enormous. friendly waiter and pools staff. The room in the President House was much bigger and cleaner with a better bathroom than the room in the main hotel building and the balcony was great.
