Everyone was really nice and helpful! I spontaneously decided to arrive one day later, which was no problem for them, Christeen changed the dates with no additional charge. Christeen also made sure that my stay was perfect, every single day and they gave me water bottles everyday which was really important to me! Breakfast was really good, they have enough vegetarian options in case you‘re wondering The room was nice and so was the pool

The place was really beautiful. We arrived late by delayed flight, and the transfer booked by hotel were patiently waiting. Everyone were friendly and nice. They prepared meal for us even the kitchen was supposed to be closed already. And the mixed grill was So Delicious! We felt lucky to find this place. The colorful decorations, details of all furniture and the views at night and in the morning on top of Aswan were incredible. In December it was indeed a bit cold, but there were blankets, and we felt warm at night. We felt regret that we couldn't stay longer, and would like to come back definitely!

Huge surprise! An amazing place, full of beautiful furniture and history. You can feel the spirit of travelers everywhere. You can travel back in time in a very elegant style. This is a great start to get into the explorer's spirit before embarking on a criuse tour of the Nile. Amazing swimming pool, wonderful view of the river and a very good breakfast in the beautiful interior of the restaurant. One of the few hotels in the world to which I will gladly return.

As you enter, up the stairs and start to walk, you just catch the most Amazing view of the Nile. Great move by the hotel as this steers your mood in the right direction immediately. The location of this hotel is Exquisite, the layout and styling is fantastic, somewhat of a "villa" kind of feel. At reception, the welcome and smiles are just so refreshing. This is the beginning as every interaction with the staff (especially those amazing gentlemen and chefs at breakfast) thereafter leaves you feeling so happy. The staff are sublime, polite, friendly, efficient and ever willing to just spoil every guest. The rooms are great, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice. We used to wait for breakfast, literally sitting on the edge of the Nile, that's special and quite a thrill. The breakfast was amazing with a generous spread and delicious meals served with oodles of love. The main street adjoining the hotel is an adventure and we were happily exploring till late hours, it's a great vibe and really pleasant experience. This is a great value for money hotel, you get far more value than what you pay for. We loved the experience and will be back if we can.

The hotel owner was very enthusiastic towards us and brought us a perfect trip to Aswan, providing us with airport pick-up and meal ordering services. The hotel rooms are very clean and well-equipped, and the experience of the swimming pool and balcony is very good. Outside the room window, there is a beautiful view of the Nile River. Mostafa's doll made of towels is very cute and makes us feel very happy. Overall, the stay was a very pleasant experience.

This is a really charming hotel with little bungalows for each guestroom. There is a cute enclosed dining area and an outdoor dining area for breakfast. A small swimming pool and just beyond that the Nile River. There are even steps going into the Nile so you can swim there. We had really low expectations so we were pleasantly surprised.
