This is a beautifully redesigned and repurposed building in the historic center, very well done. I truly liked everything. The modern design with the historic layout inside with the patio and pool makes for a a great contrast. The room itself was really big, well equipped. The bathroom is really nice. The checkin and out was a breeze. Loved it. Its also midway between the center and the train station, so location is very convenient.

Part of the actual historic Gonzales Byass Winery building and looking directly onto the Jerez Cathedral which is stunning. The rooftop pool is small but exclusive and has the most amazing view over the cathedral and alcazar, and offers an afternoon bar service. A perfect place to cool off after a hot day sightseeing and enjoy a relaxing cocktail while watching the sunset. We booked a premium room and were very happy with the standard and décor and the bathroom. We would highly recommended enjoying an evening meal in the hotel’s Pedro Nolasco Restaurant. This is situated in an open outdoor courtyard with direct cathedral views and surrounded by trees and landscaping, old stone walls and beautiful lighting. A magical and romantic setting. Not only was the food sophisticated and modern in its take on Spanish cuisine, but the service was attentive and discrete with wine recommendations as well as assistance on the menu and food selection. The same excellent restaurant service was present for the breakfast service demonstrating excellent management of this outstanding restaurant. The breakfast options were a la carte and simple but delicious, and in keeping with the boutique hotel status. Delicious coffee put a smile on our faces as did the freshly squeezed orange juice.

I loved walking into an exquisite and authentically restored and decorated old Spanish home. The owner and proprietor Cristina was warm and welcoming to her home which had a feeling of elegance and calm. The location was excellent and the swimming pool a bonus on hot Spanish days.

Firstly, it’s a recently opened boutique hotel, and wow they have done a great job. The staff are all an amazingly helpful and proactive. The rooms are kitted out with the most up to date furnishings. Moulton Brown shower gels, very comfortable beds. Situated right next to the Cathedral in Jerez. It is well worth staying here.
