The hotel was conveniently located. There is direct access from the car park to the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was effective. Breakfast was sumptuous. We were entirely satisfied.

You walk into a lovely sitting area and beautiful lantern type lights on either side to the elevator. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great room and We didn't hear anything from outside. Lovely new shower curtain. Loved the curved sofa/corner unit and the cool and chilled water dispenser in the corridor to the elevators. Lovely well kept and clean swimming pool and spa. Also a Safe Deposit Box. Good value.

The location is nice. Not far from city centre. It’s walkable. Great bedrooms with a comfortable bed. Everything’s clean and nice. Delicious food, breakfast included. Helpful and friendly staff. And the location is perfect for those attending a show in OVO Hydro; highly recommend!
