We liked the the outstanding quality of the personnel, good breakfast, tranquillity of the surrounding, pools, sport center facilities and etc. The beds are very comfortable and the room was as we expected.

Our hosts at check in were amazing. They upgraded us to a suite which was very nice, and they catered to our (somewhat cranky) toddler with smiles and some apple juice. The professionalism and respect all the staff gave us was welcomed and we will be looking to stay here in the future.

Breakfast was amazing, alot of variety. Clean and friendly atonpshere. Me and the kids used the gym, we didn't get around to the spa/ sauna but it looked nice. The hotel itself has amazing views and both the breakfast/ dinner terrace was great as was the lunch service . We will defaintly be returning when we visit Dubrovnik again.

A great hotel with an amazing view on the Adriatic Sea. It is close to some beaches and you have a direct bus line towards Dubrovnik Old Town, the bus station being 2 minutes away. Also, you have a nice promenade line nearby so you can enjoy a nice stay in the city. The breakfast was varied and high quality, for every taste !

The indoor swimming pool and spa area were lovely especially when hot. We loved a swim in the outdoor pool around sunset when it was quiet and the weather cooler. There is a separate kids pool with slides and activities. The buffet was really good quality and value both at dinner and breakfast. The staff very friendly and polite. The bus to the old town is cheap and frequent and takes about 10 minutes.

Lovely hotel. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pool. WiFi was ok, air-conditioning is good. Nice breakfast. 10 min taxi to the old town. 10 min walk to the beach. Lovely spa.

Brilliant for kids. Best kids centre I have seen. Slides (indoor and outdoor water), day care, all day entertainment for all ages (incl cool e-gaming room). Comfy room. Free upgrade. Great selection at the buffet. Nice pool area and swim up bar. Nice music in the bar area in the evening. Thought about small things like free nappies in changing rooms and by the pool. Free gift for toddler on arrival. Kids under certain age stay and eat free. They try to make it very easy for parents.

The room, the cold outdoor pool was amazing, the sunset, the location, the staff were fab, the sauna and indoor swimming pool was great. The Lean restaurant was wonderful and healthy.

The food was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. Sure, there was no gym in the hotel, or indoor swimming pool, but at the given price this is perfectly acceptable. The outdoor swimming pool was too cold to be used (mid-April). Good for sun bathing, though.
