If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

The staff were all amazing. Friendly, warm, and welcoming - they made us feel comfy right away. They were all great but a special shout-out to Putra at the hotel restaurant who went out of his way to have the kitchen prepare a herbal remedy for us to cure a headache. Thanks Putra! The hotel's food was also amazing - a great breakfast buffet that changed everyday with a focus on local flavours. Dinner was also great with some authentic Indonesian dishes. Also the location - if you're looking for quiet, this is a good bet. The beach isn't very busy (and the hotel makes an effort to clean it every morning from the tidewash and seaweed), though there are no lifeguards. There's a stripmall within 2 mins walking distance, prob 20% occupied at best but with a couple of great warungs if you want a bite to eat outside, or grab a few items from the convenience mart.

I loved it. the Beach was paradise, water clear. Pool was very funny always with music and a lot of Energy. Absolutely loved our apartment, couldn’t be More clean, luxurious, comfortable and perfect. The staff was very very Nice and they even came with us to explore the town. Plenty of things to do, including snorkling you just need to ask in the reception.

The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Amazing stay. Villa was beautiful and outdoor shower was insane. The included breakfast was exceptional with a large range of choices. In the centre of Lagoi so near to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were super friendly

We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!
