Spent 2 nights in the mixed dorm, it was just me and my friend in the room, so almost like a private room. Everything was very clean, the owner takes care that everything meets european standards. Also there is coffee and tea for free and an inviting pool, lot of space for your bags and a nice chill area outside. You can rent your scooter and even watch a movie on the big screen, if you want.

The villa was Amazing! It’s really big and clean, the pool was so nice to chill out around. The bedrooms were big and cool, the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were so nice too! The staff were so kind and friendly and got everything we needed, even taking our laundry for us!

I had a really wonderful stay at this villa! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive—she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. On the first day, she even treated me to a delicious bowl of meatball noodle soup with peanuts and sambal. It was amazing—full of flavor and a perfect welcome meal. She also provided a scooter for me, and when I mentioned I wasn’t too happy with it, she quickly arranged a better one without any fuss. That kind of responsiveness really made a difference. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of light when needed, but also great blinds that made the room perfectly dark for sleeping. I also appreciated the small touches, like receiving two bottles of water every day. The outdoor area was also a highlight. The pool was clean and inviting, and there were bean bags set up in a beautiful garden where you could just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As for the location, it was perfect for me—peaceful and away from the busy traffic of Mataram, but still super convenient. With a scooter, you can reach restaurants, a gym, a money exchange office, and laundry services all within 10 minutes. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The location is peaceful and close to the jungle, so it is a bit cooler and pleasant to stay here if you love peace and nice view to the forest. The house is really lovely as well as the swimming pool. I also love different plants in the garden; papaya, chillies etc. The staff is really kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend this place to anybody.

This property is so peaceful and quiet off the beaten track. It takes some finding, but once there you are greeted by the staff with a welcome drink. As it is at least 10 minutes motorbike ride from the main road it is best to bring supplies as there is an adequate kitchen for cooking simple meals and a fridge/ freezer. This is a place to chillout and not leave the property. At night sitting in the swimming pool with a drink in hand looking to the stars.

It’s rare to find the kind of hotel like this type in Mataram. Loving the vibes, the room with a swimming pool views. The room was also clean and so comfortable. The day I came was a bit empty so eventho Ayom only has fews limited rooms, I could feel the exclusiveness. Hospitality was also wonderful.

Really really nice place, relaxing, nice and clean swimming pool, very friendly host, gave us lovely snacks, good tips. So clean, nice smell. This was our Favorite accommodation in Indonesia (Bali, Lombok, Gili)

The breakfast was very good! Has many variation from local dishes till international! Some dishes has been changes each day. The staff are friendly and our 3 person room is big. The swimming pool is on the 10th floor with stunning view over the mountain and city
