Loved the bespoke room - it was really well decorated and the whole setting really made you feel like you were away from it all. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner was great and the service was really efficient. The Spa treatments were fantastic and really relaxing.

The facility is very good and very clean . Swimming pool is very clean but some part has maintenance. We ask for ice bucket and it’s very fast to send to our room without charges . Panda kid club is good but may be need to add more things for the kids. (Eg- small balls)

There was a big swimming pool with hamster wheel that my kids enjoyed the most. The was a basketball hoop that my son enjoyed playing as well.
