They think about everything small details. Big and comfortable room. Bathroom with bath AND shower. In the room they have iron so you don’t lose time to call reception and bring you one. Free mini bar with juices, candy, peanuts and biscuits. Also coffee and tea (6 different flavors) from their plantation Damro (you can visit their huge plantation at Nuwara Eliya. They have shop in hotel where you can buy tea. White tea is around 50€ for 50g, black tea is around 8€ for 100g) In the room we got even hand sanitizer Swimming pool is great, it’s on last (10th floor) and you can enter only with your room key. They have 2 Jacuzzis with hot water and one with cold water. It’s open from 6am-11pm. Free city tour every day from 14:30-17:30. You go that day when you do check in or some other day during your stay. Tour is with minibus and guide and they bring you on 4 places in Colombo ( Nacional museum 40 minutes, Independence square 15 minutes, Gangaramaya temple 40 minutes (you can visit both- other one is on the lake, 1 minutes by walk, Gangarama Sima Malaka, just ask your guide to bring you there), Gale front 30 minutes). If you have time i recommend this tour. Hotel also has small shopping center with stores for souvenirs and clothes and few restaurants and bars

This was an amazing stop. We stayed on the 34th floor. View was amazing you can see lotus tower from the balcony. The swimming pool is great. They have an air conditioned room to sit in while the kids swim and a play area by the pool. kFC and Pizza Hut very close 3 supermarkets within walking distance they also have options to eat in them. There are some nice Sri Lankan food places near by as well. We had a two bedroom apartment there were 3 air conditioned units in it one in each bed room all worked well. One shower has good pressure the water was not hot hot but was ok. It is very clean and tidy. The agent is awesome sent details through prior to arrival and was available via what’s app if we had any questions That it does need is pool towels there are not any only white towels at the pool is difficult. They have washing machine so you can wash them and a drying rack on the balcony. What would have been nice would have been instructions on how to use the TV we just didn’t watch it and was not a big deal we could have asked if we wanted to.

My time at Aathma was one of the best stays I have ever had. The energy there is just beautiful, the staff, the food, the location, the architecture of the house just everything was perfect for me. We were only here for one night and an early morning the next day however the staff were lovely and the rooms were fantastic. Super clean and easy to check in. Thank you for packing a breakfast super early the morning after. Would love to come back in the future.

Love the modern and very cool design of this hotel. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces - the bamboo garden, fishpond, swimming pool rooftop. Large, comfortable room with coffee/tea and mini fridge. Large bathroom! Zen restaurant was fabulous and we enjoyed the Japanese menu for dinner and the breakfast was also very tasty. Wonderful, friendly staff.

Sofia hotel really amazing with service and customer care also they have gym & outdoor swimming pool with amazing view when sun set happen.

Lovely clean room with outdoor balcony. This was a perfect place to relax after a long flight. Right by city centre, but off down a side road so not noisy. Swimming pool was amazing and I was the only one in it which was bliss. Breakfast was delicious and friendly staff! I’d come back here.

Choosing this hotel was an amazing end to a trip around Sri Lanka. Nicely spacious room, access to an outdoor swimming pool and terrace with a view of Colombo at night was a cherry on the cake. Highly recommend!

the hotel room was very big with large windows and a big comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the 2 swimming pools and the overall vibe of the outdoors. also, very helpful staff
