The location is great - a short walk into Kaikoura town centre and very close to a supermarket and lots of food venues Peaceful and quiet, especially down by the creek The hot tubs are awesome The standard cabins are stand-alone and therefore don't have any shared walls, and have their own little picnic table out front

The staff was friendly. Great facilities! The view from the kitchen and the patio really amazing. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the lodge rather than the tree houses. Fantastic accommodation with wonderful attention to detail, and great facilities such as a large spa bath, gas fireplace. Breakfast and dinner were included, and these were excellent. Great views back towards the kaikoura range, and a 15 minute walk will get you down to the beach for more fabulous views. The Lodge arranged whale watching for us, and were very helpful in answering any queries we had. Would definitely stay again.
