A very relaxed and spacious hotel with great facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great for children, and Copito the rabbit was a highlight. There are also monkeys in the trees!

Clean, well looking hotel. Hot water, good rooms, beds and overall. Staff is always present, helpful and very hospitable! Location itself is good, especially if you need to reach the airport and the transport stations.

Everything was perfect. Everybody have been accomodating and lovely. The best part of the whole service was the driver who picked us up from the hotel, he was so lovely and friendly. He scorted us from the airport arrival to our hotel room, many many thanks to him, he should get a pay rise for doing a great job. Was a brilliant stay in Tarapoto. Thank you A++++

The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. I stayed for 5 nights on my own and then my daughter and family joined me. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or as a family. I'd definitely return!
