This villa exceeded all expectations! It was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a beautiful large terrace perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Each room had its own balcony, offering lovely views and plenty of natural light. With four bathrooms, it was incredibly convenient for our group. The area was peaceful and quiet, close to everything we wanted to see. Truly an amazing place to stay—highly recommended!

It was a really cozy, new apartment with a small American-style kitchen. The coffee machine was also superb. All over it was ok for a family with two kids. Additionally, we can use the activity room in building A which is really great for finally tiring the children after a long day with billiards, table football, darts or ping-pong - even Minecraft :D It was nice to view the mountains from beside the apartment, and the ski bus also has a stop nearby it. TVs are modern, and can be used as youtube screens, too!

Spacious, clean rooms. Stocked (cash) mini fridge/bar, bathrobes ,slippers. Great buffet breakfast included. It's great that you get full access to the pools from check in until end of day on check out. Wifi was great. The only thing that wasn't perfect for us was the beds were too soft , but that's just a personal preference. Great, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it.

Myself and a friend went skiing in Baliaka, this was v ery clean and spacious, shared kitchen has everything you'd need and there's a ski rack too. Beds were comfy, free tea and coffee in room, wardrobe, TV, small table and bathroom was big too. Hotels just 1-2min from supermarket and skibus stop so getting to resorts is super easy. I'll definitely check here first when I come back to ski again?

Fantastic view, the best you can find in the Polish mountains. Very clean, very good attitude of the hosts, caring for the guests. It's a great place for a family or if you travel as a couple or a group of friends. Cool pool, grill zone, very spacious and well-organized territory. Lots of entertainment options for kids.

- view on Tatra mountains is gorgeous - new apartments with great style - swimming pool was a great plus - also for older kids interesting things like volleybal playing field, billiard and ping-pong - there is a big barbeque house with sitting area you can use

Th location - great view, a little swimming pool and good advice for activities close-by. The elevator - no lugging with suitcases / bags on the stairs :-) Free parking! Good breakfast.

We really liked the place and facilities - sauna, pool, hot tub, terrace. The cottage has an equipped kitchenette, an outdoor terrace with a large table, nice outdoor lightnng. Very peaceful and with beautiful view. In rooms we had clean towels, house was clean.
