Excellent location, very friendly staff, and wonderful service. There are plenty of facilities to keep the kids active and an excellent outdoor sauna and jacuzzi. The food was excellent all around, the breakfast plentiful and of excellent quality. If you would like to keep the kids busy in a remote location and have some time for yourself, this would be an excellent choice. My four-year-old daughter loved the experience. Plenty of attractions in close proximity as well, wonderful walking paths, the natural bison reserve and much more - the staff are very helpful in guiding you along. We were also blessed with the opportunity of having an outdoor grill which was nice! The only recommendation would be to have some kind of an indoor play area alongside the restaurant - so that kids could play when the weather gets cold or the rains come in. Overall, we loved the experience, kudos to the service and the wonderful friendly staff, and we will visit the place again in the near future.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel was located next to the beautiful park and made it easy to arrange a guided tour of the protected primeval forest. All in all a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel.

Hotel Białowieski Conference, Wellness & SPA is situated at the border of the Białowieża Forest and its guests have free access to an indoor swimming pool.

The bed is the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel, fantastic!!! All facilities are clean and very well kept. Seans was also excellent!!

Great house, well equipped, fantastic place to stay with family, everything you need for good holiday is there, including bikes, table tennis. Our favourite was fire place outside. Close to shops and nearby cities. Definitely we will be coming back
