Amazing experience! It really still exists : a wonderful place with wonderful hosts! From the first minute you feel welcome. This accomodation is spotless clean including the swimming pool. Free use of the open kitchen and fridge. In the garden we were invited to pick some organic fruits (strawberry, cherry etc). Excellent breakfast with local specialities. Both of the hosts are particularly friendly and so helpful. We got lots of tips to visit the charming city of Chaves. Strong recommended !

The welcome was lovely. The location - extremely quiet with fantastic views and ample on-site outdoor parking with no height restrictions. The rooms were spacious and clean with a huge outdoor terrace area. There was an on-site restaurant and bar. I would recommend both the food and wine as they were both fantastic. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the young waiter in the restaurant who couldn't have been any more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and definitely good value for money.
