Living abroad, I wanted to make an escape trip for my mum and sister from Chernihiv region to this beautiful peaceful place. Made a reservation month in advance, get all the needed information from personnel, got the opportunity to pay in advance. Highly satisfied with help of the personnel online: all the important issues as room, floor, even numbers of taxi and help in directions… Talking about impression of my family - it’s definitely 10 out of 10. First of all, living close to the boarder to aggressor they had to constantly live in stress of sirens and bombing, in this hotel they remembered peaceful life before all this hell. Considering that my mother has problems with walking I appreciate stuffs respond to give the room in lower floor (but anyway you have always electricity so lift works always). Rooms are big, comfortable and modern same as all the hotel and territory. I highly recommend this beautiful escape to the Perl ofCarpathian mountains ⛰️ Thanks a lot to Apartel Shayan for their hospitality! Next time we come back all together! Everything was impeccable. The service was outstanding, everyone was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. We had a nice view from the window. The bed was very comfortable! Delicious breakfast! We enjoyed the spa a lot ! We stayed at the hotel in May , so it was pretty quiet -amazing for a family getaway! Will definitely be back
