The balcony views were great for chilling. It was lovely to see how haphazardly eclectic the cityscape was. The rooms were spacious with lots of space for moving around, and great lighting from the balconies. Air-con also cooled the room sufficiently for a cozy stay. The rooftop also featured a small pool and quaint seating among some greenery, which is a good way to start breakfast or have a good coffee time. Location-wise, the hotel is accessible to main tourist streets where food and chill experiences are around. Also not far from the Imperial Citadel, which makes for an easy and cheap Grab ride. Service was impeccable even though we only stayed for one night. Front staff was very generous about recommendations to Hue, and we felt warmly welcomed by them. It also reflects in their post-experience service as the staff dropped me an email to request for feedback directly.

The White Lotus exceeded our expectations. The room we were in had the most incredible view of the Perfume River. Our room was super comfortable and clean and well designed. The White Lotus also made an effort and provided us with a lovely cake for our honeymoon. The amenities, gym and pool were all really great. My wife and I loved the local foods for breakfast and really enjoyed the Bun Bo Hue, the Banh Beo alongside with all the other choices. We loved taking walks along the perfume river in the eve which was incredibly stunning.

The Level lounge and room were fantastic. Hands down best luxury hotel we stayed in during Vietnam. Sky bar and restaurant was great along with the breakfast. Pool was also heated so warm enough to swim in on the colder days.

Brilliant location, rooms were huge with big walk in showers and balconies. Beautiful gardens with swimming pool. Staff were excellent and friendly. Hotel arranged a car for sightseeing for one day, cold towels and drinks included, the car was immaculate and spacious. We also used them for airport transfer. Breakfast buffet was very good and varied. Really loved our stay at Senna Hue.

Everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel. Nice and friendly staff, which were also very helpfull during the stay with recommendations for our trip. Lovely swimming pool, good location and nice gym facilities. Breakfast was awesome. A lot of choices from local Vietnamese to “local at home”. Really worth the value for money!!

It’s a big hotel with nice views over the city. The beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast catered for many tastes. The citadel is at a walking distance but it felt far because of the heat. The swimming pool is nice but the first time we went we had to to use the sun loungers without mats which was very uncomfortable. The next day we had to sit on the restaurant’s chairs even though the pool was not so busy because there are so few sun loungers.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, the location is peaceful and surrounded by nature. There are so many activities to choose from: meditations, yoga, Tai Chi, onsen, massage, swimming pool and so much more. Everything just slows down when you’re there. It was a tranquil moment in what can be a hectic country. It was my second visit and I’ll be back again.

A peaceful oasis just on the outskirts of Hue. We stayed in a beautiful vila with outdoor shower overlooking the perfume river. The swimming pool is great to chill during the day or watch the sunset. Phương the manager is so friendly and kind. He arranged a breakfast of our choosing and helped book our excursions. He would also pick us fresh bananas from the garden every morning! This is a new place (opened around a month ago) so don’t be put off by lack of reviews! Highly recommend.
