The hotel is really amazing, great value for money. All the staff were super polite and courteous. The room was fantastic, good mixed of breakfast buffet. Got dropped off to the airport from the airport by the staff hotel as a service that they provide. They have chairs which do a full body massage.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Away from the city center but 1 min drive to Prishtina mall. The mall has everything. I liked everything about the hotel. Nice and comfy room . Heating in cold weather was excellent. Very friendly staff. Meritta at reception was very helpful. I forgot to bring mobile charger converter. She kindly gave me hers. Gentlemen in the restaurant were very helpful. Washroom and beds were clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from noise of city center
