We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful accommodation! Everything was very clean, fully equipped, and felt brand new. It’s located in the lovely village of Roshnik, just a 25-minute drive from Berat on a good road. Communication with the owner was excellent. Perfect English, clear, friendly, and very helpful. Roshnik itself is a peaceful farming village, perfect for those looking to relax, and it has two great restaurants where we enjoyed delicious local food. It’s the ideal place to enjoy calm surroundings while still being close to the city of Berat. The highlight was definitely the pool, very clean and incredibly refreshing during the hot days. Highly recommended!

We we're their first ever customers and they tried to make us as comfortable as they could. everything was perfect. good location, out of the center. Fresh and new interior. nice outside seating area. The beds in the living room are s bit odd but wasn't a big deal for us. Hosts we're responsive and kind.

The friendly little dog (Joy) was a big plus, too! Convenient and quiet location, situated inside a lush garden in the Velabisht neighborhood. A short 15-min walk to Gorica bridge, Gorica district or Old Town for coffees/lunch/dinner (millions of choices) and cobbled streets. A couple of coffee shops/convenience stores for everyday necessities only a few minutes away too. No question - we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming stone house in Berat. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well equipped, with beautiful views of the town and hills. Breakfast was included and very tasty, and the hosts even offered us a free bottle of raki, which was a lovely gesture. The house has a peaceful atmosphere, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

The pool was super clean and pleasantly warm, enhanced by lights that made night swimming even more enjoyable. Surrounding the entire property is a tall wall, providing excellent privacy. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to return this weekend. The villa itself is super new and very clean. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the lady of the house, a lovely grandma with a big smile who made us feel right at home. If you're looking to spend quality time, I highly recommend this place.
