It stayed pleasantly warm even while it was snowing. Everything was comfortable, clean, modern, just as in hotel images. The breakfast buffet was a nice variety and some of it changed daily. The rooms were equipped with a small kitchen which was very convenient. Underground parking was very much appreciated especially given the cold temperatures.

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was even better than I expected. The whole place was so clean and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. Breakfast was just perfect – delicious and with plenty of choices. And the view from my room was simply amazing, I could have spent hours just enjoying it. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I’d be more than happy to come back again.

Especially now there is the sun deck with whirlpool and the large and modern fitness area (yoga room as well as gym). The rooms are spacious and have a balcony as well as a bathroom with high-quality toiletries. I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!
