Self check-in is very fast and convenient. We were able to check-in early and check-out late (with the help from Elisabeth - thank you again!). The place is quiet with a separate ski-equipment storage. At the same time everything was new and very clean. Swimming pool, sauna and relaxation zone on the rooftop were awesome - note, we did not find any house rules regarding swimwear .)

The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

Above expectations. the room was perfect with. views to the slopes, the location was just across the road from.ski hire and beginners slope and just a short walk to town with a variety of shops , gondola, and more advanced slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing with attentative wait staff. The facilities here were exceptional, sauna, spa, indoor, and outdoor pool. i would love to return with the whole family.

Set in Saalbach Hinterglemm, 300 metres from Kohlmais lift, Hotel Gappmaier has rooms with free WiFi access, an heated outdoor pool, free parking and a garden terrace. A huge thank you to Jennifer and the team . They went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay . The hotel was spotlessly clean , the food was delicious and everyone was very friendly and professional. Well done on your outstanding service and facility, highly recommended .
