Situato a Graz, a 400 m dal Municipio, il Kai 36 - Hotel zwischen Fels und Fluss offre un parcheggio privato, un bar e un giardino. The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff is very friendly (let us leave out luggage at the front after we checked out for the rest of the day) and well designed. There were some interesting art choices that made for some nice laughs between my husband and I… Loved the cafe at the entrance. We didn’t eat there but we met my mom there for coffee a couple of times and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would definitely come back next time we are in Graz!

The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

It’s also close to the city centre.

Built by the famous Austrian architect Günther Domenig, this design hotel is only 1 km away from the centre of Graz. Perfect stay. Clean and tidy room facilities. Professional and attentive staff. Located near tram stop with free travel to the city centre. The pool and spa was excellent too (open 24h, which is amazing), extra towels provided. I arrived by train and did not partake in breakfast, so I cannot comment on those.
