The check in check out process is super easy and convenient. The location is so relaxed and the room is very well thought out for a couple. The bed is one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in. Having bikes to hire for free was super helpful especially when the local bike places were closed. Everyone we spoke to at the lane retreat were very helpful and friendly, also made great coffee at the pantry. Would highly recommend and revisit again.

Beautiful pristine rooms with little extras like tea, coffee, shampoo, body soap. Great little courtyards off each 2 bedroom. Tennis court, pool and pool house with loaaaadds of games. All facilities are up to date and in wonderful condition. The owners and workers were down to earth and lovely to chat to.

Wallaby Lodges si trova a Pokolbin, nella regione New South Wales, a 18 km da Hunter Valley Gardens. It was an amazing experience to stay in Wallaby lodge ! The views are incredible and the lodge was very cozy !

Beautiful Villa in the heart of the Hunter Valley prevede un alloggio con piscina all’aperto, giardino e terrazza a Pokolbin e dispone di WiFi gratuito e vista sulla montagna. The breakfast was incredible, great sized bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely to see board games and Netflix, saw lots of kangaroos, amenities was incredible and location was 10/10 especially since we didn’t have a car.

Located close to the center of Pokolbin and perched on the side of a hill, the view from the balcony was beautiful. If I had visited in Spring/Summer, I would have spent all my time on the balcony. Complimentary transfer from the bistro to the villa was a lifesaver. The villa was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Added touches of fresh milk and complimentary wine were just a bonus.

First impression driving up we were excited with how cute it looked amongst the landscape, so easy to find with the sms we recieved prior to arriving giving directions to the guesthouse. Parking close by for unpacking the car, the verandah is so long, tables and chairs out the front and this is where we ate our meals overlooking the gorgeous setting, I loved meeting our neighbours outside the rooms and sitting around socialising everyone was so friendly and lovely, also entertaining lots of laughs. Hosts were lovely, greeted with big welcoming smiles, checking in to make sure everything is okay allowing time to ask questions, also telling us where the best spots were to go to view wildlife ie baby water hens by the dam, they encourage walking around and exploring the property. The room was spacious and had lots of character It had everything we could possibly need, well thought out even had mozzie repelliant in the bathroom. Extra blanket, hangers in the cupboard all the creature comforts you would have at home. it is so peaceful there of a night making it easy to sleep. Breakfast being included came in a beautiful picnic basket, plenty of food to eat ie fresh croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice etc. I felt like everything our hosts did and included in our stay they put their personal touch to it ie cereal in a a cute little container instead of the box it comes in, fruit in bowls with little cute lid covers. Where they have located tables and chairs, seats throughout the gardens for guests to use and enjoy. We spent alot of time in the pool was so cool and refreshing as temps were high and to our surprise in the room in a basket was big pool towels another example of how they have thought of everything. I will definitely be coming back to stay again at The Carriages Boutique Hotel and Vineyard

Palmers Lane Estate Hunter Valley si trova a Pokolbin, nella regione New South Wales, a 4,5 km da Hunter Valley Gardens. Great place to stay, you get a little spot to yourself with a lot of cute wildlife around. Was great to stay as a couple and seems it would be great as a group too.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed (and the added bonus of a bath). Loved the fact that we had a garage to park in - much needed in extreme temperatures we had during our stay. We were a very short walk to both Nineteen and Mezze - both of which we enjoyed.
